I got some new Photoshop actions today, so of course I couldn’t resist playing with them. I dug out one of my favorite pictures from one of the sessions I did this year and tried them out! All I have to say is, “WOW!” I totally love my job!

Full sessions COMPLETE with a package (including your session fee!) designed by me.
Your images will be perfected by me, Dawn Buchanan, to make you look like you walked into the era of 30‘s, 40‘s and 50‘s. Please take a look at my before/after images to see for yourself.
Classic Vargas pinup sessions- $350**
…includes…
12 month Calendar
1-16×20 professionally mounted on double weight matboard
15- 3×5 finished images printed on Metallic paper (to give that extra “pop”)
Unlimited clothing changes and settings (up to 2 hrs. of shooting)
You can upgrade from prints to a 5×7 spiral flipbook album displaying 20 of your favorite images for $415
OR…instead of a calendar:
Picture yourself on the back of a set of playing cards! *one image only*
(With the same products mentioned above) $300
If you want to use my hair stylist and makeup artist (Robyn), there is an additional charge of $50 for hair or $75 for hair AND makeup payable to her the day of your session.
**Half of your session price is also payable at the time of your session. The other half is payable upon ordering.
FYI: The Community Playhouse in Cedar Falls, Iowa RENTS out vintage costumes! I think the rate is $20.00. That however, would be up to you, the client, but I do have a few items of vintage clothing and of course you are encouraged to bring whatever vintage items you may have as well.

My crazy sister Tina!! Tonight we spent about 4 1/2 hours in the studio playing around with more vintage pinup photos! We shopped today at an antique store in Parkersburg, Iowa called Black Sheep Antiques and WOW!!….It was the highlight of our day! We came home and played with the props we bought…Stay tuned…there will be alot more to come! This was so much fun!!

Introducing Vintage PIN-UP Sessions…booking now!

I am so excited to introduce to you the new level of photography I have taken on…Vintage Pin-up Photography!
I am still in the process of learning right now, so therefore I had a few models come to the studio this weekend to be my guinea pigs. I also have a few more coming during the week. (thanks guys- I love ya!) OH HOW FUN THIS STUFF IS!
So without further ado…meet Robyn! Robyn is Model #1 and WOW! She totally rocked it! She comes walking in the studio totally playing the part! I was so honored to have her volunteer her time to help me with my endeavor with Pinup photography. I am expanding my creativity, so I hope you all enjoy what I will be posting over time.
